Sheffield Steelers enjoyed a largely successful 2019/2020 campaign under a new head coach Aaron Fox.
Fox’s side went on to win the Challenge Cup, Steelers’ first win of the trophy in 17 years, as well as finishing second in the Elite League standings.
The Covid-19 pandemic resulted in the Elite League season as well as the playoffs getting called off which meant that the Steelers won the only trophy available this campaign.
Fox along with a major re-shuffle of the squad saw the club climb five places from the previous seasons seventh place finish.
